This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and replacing a roof. Sebastian and team were super easy to work with and kept me very much in the loop. The work was done extremely promptly and done really well. Everyone that came out and worked on my house was very kind and went above and beyond! Extremely satisfied with Iron Shield, would recommend!

I had my roof replaced by this company in 2022, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within two years, some shingles came loose due to improper nailing. When I tried to contact them for repairs, it was nearly impossible to get a response—calls went unanswered, and only after sending an email did I finally receive a reply. This was my 1st time getting my roof replacement. From day one they were kind enough to explain everything on their end. Show up on time and completed everything when they said they would. I highly recommend.

Owner was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall very happy with the finished product, would definentely recommend to anyone who needs a new roof or any fix.
