Made one contract into two contracts for two separate billing trying to get an extra deductible
I do not recommend this company. They falsely accused me of not paying for work and even took me to court. The court ruled in my favor and found that I was not in the wrong. This experience was stressful and unnecessary. Based on how this was handled. I cannot recommend doing business with them.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Iron Sharp Precision Contracting to replace my roof and gutters. The response time of Mr. Pierre and his crew was outstanding. He was very professional and personable at the same time. We worked with Jim Aebly and team to get our roof replaced. They were here first thing in the morning, did their thing in a timely manner and now we have a beautiful new roof. The team cleaned up very well, and even asked if they could come back first thing in the morning when there was better light to check again for nails etc. (and that was Christmas Eve!) Clarance is very professional and runs a detailed operation. We were very happy with his guidance and the results. We had a complete roof replacement based on storm damage.
