This company was previously based out of Bloomington IL and has scammed lots of people from that town. The owner Matthew has retained an attorney to escape repaying the deposits owed to customers that signed contracts with them. I have been unable to get anyone to refund my money and they have taken 5,000 while doing no work.
We hired them to do our roof and siding. After our roof was complete, we have not been able to get ahold of them and they NEVER return calls or e-mails. They have our money and haven't completed the job.
I just received a letter from this company’s lawyer saying they are closing the business and all scheduled jobs are being cancelled. No insurance deposits are being returned. We have been waiting almost a year to get on their schedule. We were just strung along being told we would be hearing from them soon. I just got a letter that they will not be completing their work and they will not be able to pay back money owed to some and to contact their lawyer. They were paid for the full amount of the job. They owe me money. Unethical and dishonest company company.
