Came in to have the front coilovers replaced. I am disgruntled about the customer service from Ironman, but the customer service from Iron rigs was great. Easy to set up the appointment. Once I checked in, the team was friendly and prompt. Definitely coming back for bumpers!
Worked with me for a change in wheel order. And provided a work around when requested parts had not arrived by installation date. Always friendly. 😃
They are awesome! Super communicative, helpful, and easy to interact with. Jim was super nice throughout the parts preorder, appointment scheduling, and getting the work done. Will come here again!
