Great place, clean with a complete variety of equipment to hit all your muscle groups, giving you a great muscle connection. Brandon, the owner is very knowledgable and gives instruction and guidance to get the most out of your workouts. 24 hour use is avaliable and a high class clientele that picks up after theirselves and re-racks their weights.
Recently joined this gym a couple months ago and it’s one of the best choices I’ve made. It’s become a second home and I always look forward to coming here. The quality of the gym is the best that I’ve ever gone too in addition to the atmosphere.. it doesn’t even feel like a gym, it’s more of a family and that’s one of the things that I love the most about this.
