If you’re lucky to make it during non peak hours, it’s a good gym. Peak hours it’s a nightmare. It’s a claustrophobic gym to begin with. Then you have the people wanting to chat and take up space that isn’t there to begin with despite the signs on the wall that the staff doesn’t enforce. Good luck if you’re on any kind of program trying to get the work in while those less serious than you flap their gums.

THE BEST gym you can find in Rochester. Along with the top notch equipment, comes an amazing atmosphere you want to be apart of. But most of all, the staff here at IPG is the nicest and most welcoming I have been around.

Went to go and use the showers here at the gym, and as far as I was made aware, that was allowed so long as it aren't excessive and didn't cause any issues or delays with others. I asked if there was a lost and found that I could check because I had a bag stolen from there recently and it was not the first time I had things go kissing while I was there.
