One of the best all around gym experiences I’ve had. My trainer, Joe, was phenomenal at accessing my starting level of fitness and the needed modifications to ensure proper form, without injury. He met me at my current physical ability and helped me advance at my own pace. Once graduated to the group class sessions, everyone is on their own fitness level. The Head Coach is the best! If you are looking for a personalized workout plan, no one does it better than IPA!!!
When my gym closed I was desperate, then I found IPA. Aron made a positive impression on me right away, he's very knowledgeable, and he transmits this impactful mixture of serenity and authority that empowers you and pushes you to give your best. I’ve been at Iron Phoenix Athletics for almost two years now. When I started I was in a very low place, physically and mentally. Aron, the head coach and owner has helped me overcome and conquer so many of my struggles and weaknesses. He has so much knowledge about fitness, nutrition and just overall wellness.
