Worst customer service of all companies in existence
East delivery. Low hassle.
I signed a document shredding contract with this company over a month ago and I finally got my shred bins this week. The bins were very dirty when they arrived to my medical facility (see photos) and there was no key for me to access them, even though I was told I would have a key. Customer service has been terrible. I did add a star for Charles, he was at least nice and helpful upon delivery. If I could go back there is zero chance I would use this company again.
