We had 2 different facilities they would constantly show up to the wrong location for pickup. We switched providers 3 Months ago and they are still trying to send us invoices for pickups the last 3 months when our account was supposed to be closed and we don't even have their boxes anymore. This is a very shady company. I would recommend going with a company like shred it. We have been extremely happy with them after switching from the nightmare that is Iron Mountain.
