This was not the first time this has happened to me here. I order, my order is accepted, my money taken, and the expectation that my delivery will be made gets set however I find out that they don't have the capacity to process my order so I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. It is unacceptable that my money can be taken for a product that isn't available and then can not be returned immediately or given any options to me so that I can provide my loved ones with what I have technically already paid for.
