My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from Karl. The experience was fantastic. If we lived in the IM area, we would trust him with all of our auto maintenance. Great guy - helpful, honest, and transparent!
I was in the area on leave. Ran into some issues with my truck. They did what they did what they needed to do and a great job replacing inner and outer tie rods, top and bottom ball joints, control arms alignment and tires in two days. With no notice that I would be coming in they cared about getting back on the road in a timely manner.
