I am now waiting 21 days to receive an invoice with ZERO response, to close out our account & have remaining items in storage destroyed. All while they continue to bill our company for storage that we no longer want. I have called, the only response I get is "someone will contact you in 24 hours" - I have emailed three times in three weeks with NO RESPONSE. It appears that no one actually works at this place. I can't wait to be done with this company. DO NOT USE, they are horrible.
