The two stars are for the customer service..they are really helpful and nice. As for anything else about this company, it would be a negative rating. We scheduled their service, prepaid, but due to an emergency, had to cancel service. Was told a refund would be made in 10 business days, that was DECEMBER 8th. It is now February 26, and no refund. Every contact is met with “it takes 10 business days. Word to the wise - do NOT prepay and cancel. You will never get refunded.
They no call no show each and every scheduled appointment. What a waste of time.
Iron Mountain is by far, the absolute worst company to work with in the "customer service" industry. IM is such a conglomerate therefore leaving no other options for shredding services. And the driver's are rarely pleasant. TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT! Someone, somewhere needs to put them out of business.

Worst service- buy a shredder and save the aggravation. Absolute worst customer service is in another country.
