Do not use! I scheduled Iron Mountain for a fundraiser at the retirement home I work at because they are close but it was a huge mistake. They were supposed to be here at 10am on Monday so I call to see where they are. After about 30 minutes on the phone i was told that my order was rescheduled for Tuesday but they didn't send anything to me, they just made the decision. When everything arrived we had an extra bin but we didn't have any of the keys to open them. It was an overall bad experience and you can't get any answers.... read more
