Your front desk girl Brianna has the worst customer service was honestly terrible. I’ve never met someone who made it so obvious that they didn’t want to help. From the second we started asking questions, she acted like we were bothering her. It wasn’t even about the answer she gave it was the attitude. If someone is trying to become a paying member, the least you can do is be respectful and willing to help. That first impression alone was enough to make us not want to come back.

Decent for small town in middle of nowhere. However, it’s getting to the point where there are too many members not cleaning up after themselves and hardly anybody is reracking their weights. Majority of the time it’s a mess with weights scattered and trash left all over the place and staff shouldn’t have to manage this issue. Owner needs to start removing memberships if they can’t respect the facility, it’s that simple. If the owner is reading this, the signs don’t work…pay attention and start putting people in line.

Pecos has very limited options for gyms, but this was is decent. Plenty of options, but small facility so crowds are common.
