Joined Iron Lotus Gym a few weeks ago and I love it. These classes has changed my life already. It just makes you feel great about yourself. All the people are so sweet and make you feel so welcome. My family forever. Thank you Mrs. Sandy for all your help. You encourage us so and let us know that we can do this. You also put a lot of sweat into this gym. Keep up the great work.

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. Sandy Odum Hughes is inspirational, supportive and motivating. There are no egos at this gym. All the women are all supportive to each other’s success.
I have to say that I felt very welcomed and accepted as soon as I walked through that door. I am very happy to be apart of this gym and very grateful that my journey to better me started with the Iron Lotus Gym!!!
