I’ve been a repeat customer, but I’ve now had the same experience three times. Each time, I arrived and got in line before 5 PM, but at 5 PM I was refused service even though there were still three customers ahead of me and nobody behind me. I understand if the store stops accepting new customers at 5 PM, but I was already in line before that time. What was especially disappointing was being the only customer in line who was refused. My first time trying this place and absolutely my last time. I got the mango pineapple rose tea and it was garbage. It literally tasted like hose water with a hint of rose. I’m so glad i didn’t pay for that and my job did because i would’ve been even more upset. So gross.
