Simon and his wife Simone are excellent trainers. I am coming up on a year now of training with Simon early mornings multiple times a week and I would have to say locking in a routine with Simon is one of the best decisions I have made. I highly recommend Iron Oak to anyone looking to get in shape and have fun in the process!
Highly recommend Simon and simonne from Iron Oak, great small group sessions and they are very informative. If your looking for a gym that's not commercial and actually care, this is the place for you.
