This has been my gym since 2021 and I definitely recommend it. If you’re looking for a gym that’s like family and that challenges you to be your best, Iron House is the place for you.
I’m military and been to about 30 gyms in my life and Iron House is by far the best. Tons of equipment, (that’s not broke). Plenty of free weights. Great CrossFit area. Clean showers. Great staff. If you can’t get a good workout here, maybe you shouldn’t be working out. I would add a treadmill, only complaint. Best gym, and I stand by that.
I had a fantastic experience working with my personal trainer Zach! His workouts were challenging but achievable, and he always knew how to push me just the right amount. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating trainer!
