After making a reservation through VRBO, the Iron staff called to verify my information. When I asked a question about why they need so much additional information, they were defensive and then after I provided all the information they needed, they canceled my reservation. So unreasonable and they still didn’t answer my question about their on-boarding process. Sounds like a poorly run company that is interested in collecting excess information…for unknown reasons.
