We changed dental insurance and had to get a new dentist. So, I recently brought my three sons in for appointments, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The dental hygienist did an amazing job—patient, thorough, and great with kids. The dentist was equally outstanding, taking the time to explain treatment recommendations clearly and thoughtfully. Very disappointing experience with both the orthodontic service and customer care. (The technicians are good though). I have two daughters undergoing treatment here, and throughout the process, we constantly felt dismissed and unsupported. • During treatment, when my daughters had pain and we returned to the office right back, the front desk insisted we “make an appointment”—even for something as simple as adjusting a wire. • After completing treatment and moving into the retainer phase, our experience was even worse. You walk in and are immediately greeted with Jae's beautiful smile and comforting tone. I have severe anxiety issues and Jae has helped me overcome them as soon as I walk in the door. I have seen both Dr. Laura's and been taken care of by several hygentists. They go above and beyond to help you have an anxiety and pain free experience. I cant recommend Leawood Ironhorse enough.

I love coming to Ironhorse Dental! :) Dr Lauren and her Hygienists are the best. Can’t think of the best place to get your teeth cleaned! I have Emery for my cleaning every time I come! She’s the best! :)

Very Disappointed! I cannot recommend IronHorse Family Dentistry. I invested over $5,000 in their teeth-straightening treatment, and after completing the process, they provided me with a single retainer mold. Unfortunately, I lost the retainer during a trip, and within a week, my teeth began to shift. When I contacted them to request a replacement retainer, I was informed that the original mold had been discarded the day they took the mold. Their only solution was to start a new treatment plan costing another $5,000+. This l... read more
