Ever since there has been a change to their management, this complex did a full 180. The new manager/staff are highly professional and attentive to their residents keep up the good work!
The staff here is attentive and friendly! Maintenance stays on top of work orders and keeps the property clean. The new Management and staff are turning this property around! Great place to live
If I could post videos I would. I had a horrible experience living here to the point I had to end my lease early due to unsafe living conditions. The last straw was our neighbor having someone banging on their door with an AR and my man almost being involved because he was coming home from work. We had a prostitute literally next door so if you’re about to rent apt 23 don’t. She’d constantly get in fights with her babydaddy to where she was getting beat in the lawn. I'm regretting to inform you that this place of business is absolutely terrible. I signed a lease to move in on a certain day, on the day of my appointment I was told that I couldn't move in due to there being damage to the unit they assigned me. I'm no expert in law, but I thought a contract was legally binding. They offered very little to no compensation to the bind it put me in. I had already told my current landlord that I was moving out on the specified date in accordance with my lease that I had signed. So you could im... read more
