This is unacceptable! RACIST BAR IN OGDEN!!!! We are just walk in and she tell us to get out because someone were messing with the light switch!! The bar tender took one look at our party of five and accused us of “messing with the light switches.” We are all adults and obviously have no interest in messing with the lights when we enter a restaurant we’ve never been to before. lol. This place literally said get the out because we were “messing with the light switches”. No group of 6, 30+ grown adults is touching light switches when we just walked in. I’d guess racism as most of us are not white.
Terrible experience — felt targeted and unfairly accused We were asked to leave this restaurant based on an accusation that was completely made up. The owner claimed we had “messed with the light switch” while we were working. This never happened. On our way out, we actually looked along the wall and did not even see a light switch that we could have touched—accidentally or otherwise. The live music was wonderful. Plenty of parking. Standard bar food. Wait staff for the tables was very slow despite there being less than 20 people in the whole place, had to go up to the bar area after about 25 min to get our beers from them instead.
