I needed a home inspection in Durham, NC, and "Iron Homes" was great -- Erik was responsive via phone and was flexible to appointment change needs. Erik was fantastic. We’re first time home-buyers and he was very thorough and attentive to details in our new house. He said, “If you speak house, they’ll tell you a lot.” And we learned a ton, including some fun hidden history of how our porch was used in the early 20th century. Such great stories and tips for how to properly care for the home in the future. Highly recommend!
