Good comfort good and craft beers
Add some of the "old menu" items back on. Properly train your servers so when a guest asks s question about a menu item being able to answer the question without saying "I don't know". Also hire servers with a little bit of personality.

Hey Rick, I'm sorry you had a disappointing experience with us. Our menu is constantly evolving, so sometimes as dishes become less popular they are replaced to keep the menu fresh. And while we also do our best to train our employees, we also train them to admit when there's a gap in their knowledge and find out what is correct, rather than pretending otherwise. I hope you'll come back again and try some of our newer and popular dishes!

We ordered filet mignon Valentine’s Day specials to be delivered. They got here all mixed together, everything rolling around in one bowl per meal. It looked extremely unappetizing and tasted equally bad. Broccolini wasn’t even cooked through. I never leave reviews but for $60 for 2 entrees to receive barely edible food is worth the time.
Bartender Rob is amazing ...Cheesesteak eggshells out of this world...Best Chocolate Martinis and Espresso. Thank you again for your hospitality...I am as well in the industry for over 25 years, and the service to food and drinks 100percent on point
