This gym is a 11 out of 10! The equipment selection is amazing, and you can tell every machine was chosen with a lot of love. The vibe is great and the members are super friendly. I'd recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely be back anytime!
Best gym on island hands down! The owner of Iron Hawaiian Fitness used to be a body builder so he knows how to pick equipment. It’s not like 24’s or UFC where all the equipment is ordered from the same company, you can tell at IHF that every machine was hand picked for a reason: the ergonomics rule and they feel good to use. I started working out in 2000 at World Gym on South Street. It was an old-school gym with heavy equipment, no A/C, I remember watching powerlifters and bodybuilders train. Hands down best gym on island! Great people here who come to actually do more than video or take photos of themselves. This gym has something for everyone. Whether you want to powerlift, body build, do a CrossFit WOD, roll on mats, or just get healthy, there is equipment and space here for you. Awesome equipment you won't find in a global gym.
