I love this company, they have good prices and staff are very profestonal
Absolutely terrible experience. The stylist was rude the entire appointment and acted annoyed anytime I asked questions about my hair. I showed exactly what I wanted, and somehow my hair came out looking nothing like the reference. It felt rushed, uneven, and honestly disappointing for the amount of money charged. Customer service was awful and I left feeling embarrassed instead of confident. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking to actually be listened to.
