This place is absolutely horrible. They’ve increased my rent twice over the last 6 months from around 100 to 165. One without warning. This is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly predatory. I went to them over others because of the low rate when i had a crisis during my life that caused me to lose everything. They obviously do not value or care about their customers and I will be moving my stuff as soon as I possibly can. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Lisa was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the renting process. It was my first time renting a unit and she walked me through the whole process and paperwork.
Best place for storage units, very easy, convenient, and the most helpful people! The Lady at the front counter was so easy to talk to she answered all my questions and a all and all made me feel at ease and completely comfortable. The whole place is very clean and kept up as well very friendly atmosphere! I give a 20 out of 10 stars.
Lisa works the administration here at this location. She is amazing very professional very accommodating just overall great people. I highly recommend this storage unit. I think this is one of the best in the area.
