Horrible management company. Hires my father for landscaping maintenance, doesn’t take his recommendations as far as weekly lawn care because they are not willing to pay more. He hasn’t been paid for any of the work he did this year beginning in March! Not to mention they always pay a month late, I bet that wouldn’t slide with the tenants
UPDATE: As of September 30, 2025 I still have not torrential my deposit back. My texts and calls go unanswered for weeks at a time, and when the do respond, it’s to tell me they’re working on it. Worst experience ever. The ceiling in the bathroom fell in July of 2024, as of my move out in March of 2025 it still had not been fixed. I vacated on March 31, and as of May 14, I still do not have my security deposit returned. The utter lack of communication from the leasing manager is astounding.
They don't even deserve a star at all. Took my money then tell me the house is rented already but took my money and have the nerve to say I'll help you with somewhere else not professional at all run run run while you still have your money in your pocket I wish I did . The Britney character say sorry it's all a scam . Run with the wind go find someone else these people are not even credited by the BBB learned that a bit to late . Just don't deal with these scammers there no good . They need to stop or be stopped . Scammers

Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. When we first moved in, we didn’t have air conditioning for three weeks in the middle of summer. The maintenance man would show up without the right parts, leave, and not come back for a week at a time. When it was finally fixed, they left two holes in the wall for weeks—and one is still unfinished months later. We also had a serious bat issue.
