Dawn the service manager was great and went over and above. No nonsense shop and other bogus charges. I highly recommend Iron Fords service dept.
Your staff were all very friendly and helpful. The fact that you do pick up and drop off for an oil change, I am all in! That made my decision for me when trying to decide where to take my car. I work in Sparta and I drive over from Perryville, Missouri. Thank you again for being so easy to deal with.
Overall very great experience inside and out-performed all necessary checks and diagnostics asked- battery was a little low on charge so well get that fixed next time. Changed oil and filter and had some games and other stuff to keep the kiddos busy. We appreciate all you do for our area!
Iron Ford is the best! I highly recommend them to anyone needing service to their vehicles. They are kind, friendly, and always keep you informed of everything throughout the process.
