I had a great experience with Hunter. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Highly recommend working with Hunter if you’re looking for a stress-free leasing experience!
I recently had the opportunity to tour Iron Flats. I’m relocating to Seattle in a few months and have been searching for a place that will meet my needs, as well as provide an easy, carefree environment to relax in. The team made me feel like I was already home, listened to all my concerns, and patiently answered my endless questions. After touring the property, I’m pretty sure I have found exactly where I need to land.
Despite becoming the new management for the location, the management team/tour guides (Zachary and Hunter, we had toured on two separate occasions) did an amazing job providing as much information as they can and were very responsive when it came to questions and concerns. On the move in day, Hunter had waited patiently for us as we went to get a cashier's check (we did not know a personal check was different) and allowed us to move in on time. Wanted to leave a review because of the experiences I've had with the team at Iron Flats. The manager and team are some of the nicest and easiest to work with when it comes to learning about the property and leasing!
