new security is up tight on guest when they can't even stop the car breaks in. Let my guest go to roof and relax and security refused to let them simply go back to my room and put them outside and threaten them with police if they step on property, as far as making them go across the street to wait for me to let them back in. It was very clear they were a guest as this building stays locked from the homeless outside. We have never even had issues with homeless using our building so this was outrageous. Had a great tour with Zachary from the leasing office. The building is in a great location for a commuter like me. I found the neighborhood to be clean, walkable, and nice. The building layout is great. There’s nice amenities like the mezzanine and the courtyard. The units are great sizes for the price point. Overall, all of my questions were answered and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new home in the area!
The entire team: Zach, Hunter, Ren and Joshua are really nice and helpful! The helped me to settle into my new apartment and answered all my questions patiently. Although there was an issue with my AC/heat, it was resolved as soon as they got the part. I recommend living here - especially now under this new management.
