I found this gym online when I moved to Milwaukee from the east coast. I was looking for a gym with a focus on lifting and a strong community and that’s exactly what I’ve found at iron fist! Elena and Shannon are so welcoming and support everyone in the way that they need. I’m part of the women’s evolve program and I love it! I’ve trained with Elena and she’s wonderful, a gem, she listens, ask questions, demonstrates each move and is very knowledgeable. She’s really a gem. I love that she switches up her routines and allows me to choose my level and weight. This gym is clean organized, ventilated, spacious for cardio classes, one on one sessions, sauna, equip with towels, and offers cold press juice options, healthy snacks you will enjoy. I train with Elena here at Iron Fist, and it has been life-changing. I have struggled with chronic pain, fatigue, spinal instability and nerve issues for several years, and as someone who has never been athletic (on top of all the health issues), I never thought weight lifting could be for me. I love going to my Evolve Me classes with Coach Elena! She’s always so supportive and motivating, which makes every session feel rewarding. The facility is super clean and organized, and they have all the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals. I especially look forward to the boxing classes. They’re fun, high-energy, and I love that they offer drop-ins so I can even bring a friend along. Definitely recommend! 🥊
Elena and Shannon care about each individual’s overall health and well being. Elena has gone above and beyond to help me. Truly thankful for her and her shockwave therapy sessions, it’s been a blessing and relief to my chronic back pain and numbness in my right arm. I can’t recommend Elena and iron fitness enough.
