I left my original review based on my personal experience with the gym — not just the cancellation policy, but also the atmosphere, facility temperatures, and how I was treated. Rather than addressing those concerns, the owner responded with personal attacks and unprofessional language, which only reinforces my original point about how members are treated here. This gym, the trainers and the owner made me love working out again. I am motivated every time I’m there. Everybody’s friendly people motivate each other

I am blessed to get to travel and hit locally owned gyms around the country. For upper body, Iron Factory had everything I needed and more. Some of their Precor pieces I have never used before, so, that was fun to try some new pieces. Legs got killed. Smooth guide rails and cables, if you are passing through, this is the spot. Staff is super friendly and personable. Dave the owner is a super nice guy (but his dog Cash is the real attraction.) If I pass through again, I'll be back.
