Owner is very egotistical and needs to learn customer service. Very unprofessional and isn’t afraid to call/text you rude things. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and that’s coming from someone who has a high tolerance for this sort of behavior. That purple house down the street also got squat racks now which means your sad little gym will fail because of your fragile ego and your inability to be a decent human being

Gyms like Iron Factory are very few and far between, I'd give them six stars if I could. Dave puts a ton of thought and effort into every aspect of the gym. The staff and members are friendly. The music is great. It's a perfect environment for whatever your fitness goals are. The gym is always clean and organized; you will never see a machine with a puddle of sweat on the seat, dirt or sweat on the floor, or a dumbbell or plate out of place. I left my original review based on my personal experience with the gym — not just the cancellation policy, but also the atmosphere, facility temperatures, and how I was treated. Rather than addressing those concerns, the owner responded with personal attacks and unprofessional language, which only reinforces my original point about how members are treated here.
