I had a really good experience with Iron Edison Batteries. The best thing is the tech-support and even when I made a mistake, they sent me new cords to correct the problem without charging me any extra I’m really pleased.
We installed r system in October 2021, and have been very satisfied with it. Living off grid we have had plenty of power with the 2 revolt batteries. Tech support has been outstanding when needed(not needed very offen). Would highly recommend Iron Edison for your solar needs.
Great people to work with. They were so helpful in explaining equipment to me and took time to put my thoughts of what I wanted into a working plan. They made suggestions on improvements to my thoughts and they came up with an off-grid system that I'll assemble and construct myself. I didn't know there was companies around yet today that actually listen to the customer. 110% satisfied.
My husband and I had Iron Edison design a solar electric system we could install ourselves. Everyone in the company we spoke to has been very knowledgeable and helpful. They were always there for us when we had any questions. Tech support guided us through the final stage, programming our Sol-Ark inverter, and our system went live with no hitches a few days ago. I purchased batteries from IE 9 years ago (2013) and they supported my nickel-iron bank very well. I had to let the nickel-iron batteries go given that the costs of refurbishing them didn't make financial sense. Iron Edison Battery Company helped make that decision easier with a partial warranty to replace my batteries with the newer chemistry. Thanks Iron Edison...
