I took my first CrossFit Class of ICA in Phoenixville last Friday. Celeste was my coach and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming coach and community. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 6-7 years and have been to over 10-20 different CrossFit gyms in that span and I can tell you the vibes I got from ICA were incredible.
