We were expecting someone today to redress my brother in laws wound on his hand. I talked to them yesterday and once they received the referral they said they would come today. When the worker went in today, no one was available. They did not try to work with another company to make it right. They just sent the referral back. Of course the wound center is closed. Unprofessional and very disappointed in the follow up.
I love my job and all the patients and people I work with.
