From the first time I called them to the end of our project, I was impressed with Iron City Roofing. They were upfront with us about what could be repaired, but ultimately we needed to go with a new roof. Their pricing was right in line with what we were planning for. We were very impressed with the crew that came out to do the job, and by the end of day you couldn't even tell they had been there with the exception of our roof looked really nice!
Had my roof replaced this month. John Cocke held my hand through the whole process. They worked with my insurance company, crew was amazing, everything was tidied when they left, even used magnets to pick up any stray nails before they left! All in 1 day! Insurance adjuster was so pleased with the work, I even got a deduction on my homeowners insurance. Wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.
Stuart and the team at Iron City Roofing were great to work with. Stuart did a wonderful job communicating with us and managing the project. He made sure we were satisfied once our new roof was installed.
Iron City Roofing replace the tile roofing on my house. Their contact person, Nicole Lowery, was great to work with. She made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and even came back after the installation was completed to assure that the cleanup was to my satisfaction. The workers and workmanship were all first class.
