RecommendedI love this pharmacy. They r always on top of my meds and what I can and can't take with certain meds. The staff r super nice and will answer any questions asked. They always have my meds n stock, I never have to wait 3-4 days for any of mine, my husband's or my grandsons meds. They always get them filled quickly, never have to wait 1-3 hours, unlike some pharmacies. In short, best pharmacy n Cherokee County.
They have you in and out fast. Always on top of your medications. AND KNOW YOU BY NAME. Love this place.
I switched from Costco Pharmacy to Iron City. It was definitely by far the best choice that I have made. The pharmacist did all of the work all I had to do was call them. Very friendly staff.

We relocated from the Charlotte area about three years ago and have used pharmacies from York to Gaffney. Iron City Pharmacy is by far the absolute best around when it comes to communication, speed, and friendliness. I would recommend you try them out just once. they will win you over and it will be worth the drive if you aren't a local.
