Been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The members are great too — serious about their fitness but welcoming to everyone. It’s a rare gym that feels both beginner-friendly and perfect for advanced lifters. Highly recommend.
Great staff
Great gym!! Great amenities. Although the cold plunge needs to be cleaned more often then it is. And the rinse off before plunge needs to be more enforced. People will be dripping with sweat and get straight into the plunge 🤢 I’ve seen it happen TOOO MANY TIMES… Highly unsanitary. Music is perfect. Def gets you pumped up for a workout. It would be nice if the front desk had a google form signup sort of thing for song request. That would be a great addition for members 🤘
Always a great experience working out here
Been my home gym since I’ve moved here two years ago, love the atmosphere, lighting, equipment, inspired by everyone training, and it’s close in proximity to my crib! 10/10 recommend it to all my friends whoever visit town!
