Hardcore warehouse style gym, with an old school vibe and some modern twists. Who we welcome, Everyone! From the Pro Bodybuilder, MMA Athlete, Powerlifter, strongman, Highschool athlete, or Cheerleader. No discrimination here, we appreciate all levels of fitness and appreciate you choosing our gym to encourage that ! We offer in house training, host posing events, welcome photographers, videographer's and for the independent trainer ask us about how you can train your clients at our gym.

Very clean and organize gym.
Multiple times I've called about the noise at this gym no other gym I know let's the bass out through there walls especially after midnight. I have a sick family member who suffers from mental illness and I've spoken to the owner and he intended to resolve it but it was only resolved a few days and the last week it's been hell I'm going on 56 hrs of no sleep due to having to take care of my family who constantly thinks the walls are falling on her due to the bass at this gym.
