Amazing butcher! I needed a cow leg for a school assignment and everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Fast and easy process ! Definitely would recommend them :)
Took some game meat in and made into summer sausage and pepperoni. Extremely pleased with the results! Best I have ever had done.
Best butchers around if you can get your game meat in very busy during hunting season . We quartered our game and put in our own freezer till we got in. Well worth the wait pepperoni and sausages awesome!!!
