The worst at responding to emails and the worst maintenance. The email says they check it periodically and respond in 24hrs but that is a crock of bs. I sent an email of a concern that has not been addressed for over a month. The maintenance is very unprofessional. I can't wait to get away from here the rental office is only open 3 days out of the week how convenient.
