I would rate them less than one star if I could. My beloved dog was literally dying before my eyes and I had to wait there almost an hour, in an empty waiting room, before I was seen only to be told she needed emergency surgery and I had to drive to Hull street. She didn’t make it and the last hours with her was in their waiting room floor while the receptionist made small talk with their cat.
Dr D has been our family vet for over 30 years. He is the most compassionate, caring and understanding when it comes to listening to you about your "baby". The entire staff is the same way. He goes out of his way for all of his clients!!
I will NEVER go back there. Dr. Dunavant did not seem to care. He had us in and out of there like a factory. He didn't seem interested in his job. Bad customer manners - very grumpy man. The staff was nice, but a disappointment with him. He didn't like the fact that my pet didn't like him. Bad experience. Read the google reviews and the stars are not high at all.
Dr Dunavant and his staff, gave me the best Christmas present I could get today by helping my sweet Diesel! Thank you!
