I have tried many gyms and had personal training with a few personal trainers, yet I feel I have learnt more in just 2 weeks of training with Marcus and Deanna than I have in the last 10 years with any other trainer. So happy i decided to come in and so excited with what I believe I can achieve.
I'm really enjoying the strength classes here in Mornington. I've not only gained so much confidence in myself but my body and training has leveled up like I wouldn't have imagined. Love thisplace!
This gym is like NO OTHER. Iron Body specialises in getting every day people STRONG whilst losing Body fat. AND THERE IS NO CARDIO INVOLVED! (mind blown) They use sustainable approaches, meaning no restrictive eating, no crash diets and certainly no over training and killing yourself day in day out in the gym. Iron body is absoluting amazing. Every week I'm achieving goals and pbs. The guys up there, especially dee 😉 are so helpfully and very commited to your journey and personal growth. Would highly recommend to give them a visit. 11/10
Such an amazing team and great atmosphere for all fitness levels! I have noticed huge changes not only physically but mentally as well.
