Great local gym! Owner is a super nice guy, helped us out with day passes. We were passing through on a road trip but I’d make this my go to gym if I was living here. They have a belt squat which is the best part

This place is perfect for those who want no nonsense and just want to get after it. The owner was kind enough to answer a late night call from me asking for a day pass and meet me at the gym to open it up for a first timer. Joe is a standup guy and I would highly recommend giving this gym a shot.

Love this place and the owners too! They have created a great environment with a great community. The gym has everything you need. Couldn't recommend this place enough for those who are looking for a place to workout without the crowds!

One of my favorite gyms in Meridian! The people here, especially the owners, make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are happy to step in if you need help with a machine, new exercise ideas or have any questions! I unfortunately wasn’t in the area for long, but am grateful I found this place. Highly recommend checking it out!
