One of my favorite gyms in Meridian! The people here, especially the owners, make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are happy to step in if you need help with a machine, new exercise ideas or have any questions! I unfortunately wasn’t in the area for long, but am grateful I found this place. Highly recommend checking it out!

My style of gym. Old school feel. Not crazy busy. Great people. You won’t have the brand new fancy equipment like some other larger franchised gyms. But they have everything you need to get the job done. Being creative is funnest part as well. Open 24/7. One of my favorite things about the gym is having the garage doors open in the summer ! Sled pushes outside! Can’t beat it !Been a regular all last year (2025). Looked forward to lifting everything day.

I agree with the assessment from the review left about a week ago. This gym has gotten increasingly dirtier as time has gone on. Equipment isn’t oiled or maintained, bathrooms are super dirty (Sorry ladies), cobwebs pop up like they are constantly decorating for Halloween. I used to refer this place to my friends now I’m embarrassed that I still work out here. I would say something to the gym owner but he’s generally on his phone or doing Tik Tok videos and doesn’t seem to be overly interested in his business. I hope things ... read more

I’ve been a dedicated member of Joe’s gym for the last year, and it’s been such a great place to get fit and more importantly, learn how to get fit. Fantastic little community, friendly members, great equipment with some really useful specialized stuff to boot.
