Don't Trust these cheese balls Nightmare jeweler. I bought a $9k engagement ring from Brian and David Iroff and was lied to about several things during the transaction. These guys, both the Dad (David) and the son (Brian) are nothing but your typical sleazy salesmen. I was told my ring was one brand when it turned out to be another. Reply to B.J. We are a family business and have been selling diamonds and jewelry to families for over 50 years. We have a 30 day return policy all of our policy's are clearly written on our receipts. B.J. was fully aware of our return policy at the time of purchase. He even brought the ring back into to be sized to fit his girl friend. We offered him a store credit and he refused it. B.J. claiming the ring was not new or a different brand completely false. The ring she's been dreaming of. I purchased a custom engagement ring from Iroff and Son. I received quotes from several jewelers in the area. Not only did I get the best price from Iroff, I was also impressed with Brian's qualifications. He created the ring I was expecting and she was dreaming about. She said "yes."
