I am in my third week of going to this gym and I am thoroughly impressed. Coach A, Hutch, and Emily are the backbone to this place! I am very resistant to exercise and need constant motivation. THIS IS THE PLACE! The energy the coaches have is contagious and the other members of the gym are so supportive. I’m really looking forward to making progress.
Huge fan of iRock! I’ve never been very comfortable working out outside of my home with at-home programs like beachbody but iRock has changed my views. They welcomed me in and everyone on the team has gone out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable, encouraging me with moves when I’m not sure of myself and keeping me motivated during workouts. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I really love iRock, there is a great deal of teamwork in reaching your goal and no judgement. They are family oriented and excited to help with my health journey. I have experienced classes with all the coaches and they are awesome! Each one brings their own style to class, but targeting all your areas! I’ve never experienced a gym like this!! thank you iRock for the encouragement and support!!
