I must say Dr. Grant is great. The message therapy with Crystal was fantastic. The front desk is deplorable. My blue cross insurance covers my massages that I need to help with my shoulder surgery recovery. My insurance pre-approved my massage only treatments that I get twice a week and then on one of those visits I get adjusted. Today she refused to file the message to my insurance saying that I also had to be adjusted or pay cash.
