First time coming into Sebastian urgent care and honestly, they were amazing! Super quick, super kind, and made everything so easy. I’m seriously thinking about coming here from now on instead of waiting forever at my primary doctor’s office. Highly recommend!
Front desk was very nice, Dr taylor Sung or Sung Taylor, thoughtfully reviewed my presenting issue,( cough for 5 months, )and ordered prescriptions that finally produced relief after 5 months of coughing. Allergy MD agrees with the plan, I finally feel treated!
I was very pleased with the care I received at the urgent care. From Crystal at check-in to nurse assistant Janet to x-ray technician Shaniah and finally Dr. McElwee. They were all caring and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs medical care.
I came in, I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paper work that was unnecessary, the wait was minimal for an urgent care, and Dr. Taylor and his team were thorough and professional. The team also explained everything very well and made sure I knew what the next steps were.
Went in for a serious migraine, met nurse Tracy Bancroft, and Dr offices need more nurses like her. Her personality and care is awesome. She was so funny and kind and made me feel comfortable and feel better. The front desk staff is always wonderful as well. This is the best walk in facility I’ve ever been to, and will go to if needed from here on out. But thank you Mrs Tracy for your kindness and care.
