Had Dr Rapp as my new primary had a couple visits with her really liked her but I just felt as though no one was listening to what I was saying or cared. However after having an appointment with her which she has to leave abruptly due to a family emergency which of course was completely understandable when several weeks later of waiting to hear back from her regarding testing she had ordered and I had I received no follow up call or message when I reached out about my concerns I was told find another primary wow wow just wow... read more
I went late afternoon and place was mobbed. Decided to hold out till early next morning. Was in and out fairly quickly. Staff was pleasant. Dr. had little "bedside manner" and less personality but did diagnose my condition and order diagnostic testing. Hey, it's a walk-in clinic, not supposed to be thrilling experience I guess. Needs were met.
Slandered me to have me baker acted. Also pressed me and my wife to do a HIV test even though we didn't meet the criteria. Don't trust him
