Went in for a serious migraine, met nurse Tracy Bancroft, and Dr offices need more nurses like her. Her personality and care is awesome. She was so funny and kind and made me feel comfortable and feel better. The front desk staff is always wonderful as well. This is the best walk in facility I’ve ever been to, and will go to if needed from here on out. But thank you Mrs Tracy for your kindness and care.
Pamela Brown is the worst NP i am not even going to say doctor! She needs to find a new profession. After 4 incidents i finally made a corporate complaint! Now too see how badly she has treated others its sick! Please remove this menace.
Wow! What a great clinic. Clean facility, nice staff. Will now only use this facility for urgent care Was treated so well here. things were explained to me not just done. Please treat the staff to a pizza and ice cream party.
Went into urgebt care for something that every insurance covers 100%. I get a bill a month later saying I owe $430 because the doctor himself isn't in network. Cleveland clinic is in network but the doctor isn't? Seems pretty scamish to me
