**0 stars — Avoid Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care/Indian River, Sebastian FL** From the moment I walked up to the front desk on 6/29/26, the male staff member made zero eye contact and didn't acknowledge me with so much as a hello. His opening words were "do you have a question?" — as if I were an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. Dr. good, nurse good thier service, good. Front desk was SO unwelcoming. When you're sick the lack of care or concern makes you feel worse. She's the 1st & last person you see. That's not what I would tolerate.
There are multiple different departments in this building such as Primary Care, Urgent Care, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Ect. When you call, make sure you are calling the right department. NOT ALL DEPARTMENTS HAVE THE SAME HOURS! I made myself look like a jerk calling the receptionist a liar about the hours. Only to find out it was a different department due to me dialing the wrong extension for this place.
Stated hours are til 7pm. Called to verify insurance said they closed at 630 then said office is currently closed. It's 520pm.
Had occasion to bring husband there today. Was clean, not much of a wait and through exam.
