Communication skills very lacking. Need to update website with hours and communicate to staff of said hours.
Only reason for 2 stars is the staff is usually friendly and skilled. Otherwise, it's a 1 star. Show up for a blood draw on 5/18. With parking at a premium, they have the lot closest to the lab closed. 25 or so parking spaces unavailable. Crew was doing some sort of work on the roof. My business we have work done after hours so not to inconvenience the customers. Yeah, when 1 has 1 leg, the extra long walk to get into the facility is more than an inconvenience. my 14 year old son just had a terrible experience. they missed 2 times so decided to go between his knuckles. I was in the waiting area wondering what was going on thinking oh he's fine... just to find out he nearly fainted and had a horrible time. you would think they would come tell me but they did not. the more I use irmc anything the more I wonder what kind of dummies these people hire. damn.
Went in 10 minutes later. Walked out. Procedure was done that quick..and no pain...
Waited to check in for out patient testing on a Saturday morning for over an hour. One girl was working to check in everl lad and out patient test. There were 22 people sitting in the area. The sad part is there were elderly patients who had been there even longer. (Some had trouble getting up)I arrived 20 minutes before my schedule appointment and was still very late. This hospital is nothing but a rural band-aid station joke . Someone needs to be put incharge or take over soon with some brains.
