Louis, This is Buddy. Mr. G's nephew from you know where in Pa. He wanted me to tell you hello and I'll see you when I get back to town. Best tres leches ever.
I usually get the enchillada plate, but decided to go for the grilled salmon. I melted in my seat from the first bite. Best salmon I have ever had. I met the owner Louis at his mother's restaurant, Irma's, in 1990. Both are excellent. I live two hours north, but when I am in Houston, I go to one of these two restaurants. Both family run, and since 1990, same great food and excellent friendly service. They truely understand taking care of their customers.
